Store Policies

You have 7 days from the date you received the item to test the product purchased.  If the product is defective, you must email info@tmrpromotions.com, with the order number and a detailed explanation of the defect.  Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective products.  All items sold “as-is” are considered final sale.  We do not accommodate buyers that “change their mind” about an item.  We do not accept items that have been abused or returned after the 7 day time period.

All sales are considered final.  In the event of UPS damage, it is your responsibility to contact UPS and institute a damage claim, following their claim procedure, as well as contacting TMRPROMOTIONS.  Defective and/or damaged items are exchanged only.
