Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Can I return an item? A: You have 7 days from the date you received the item to test the product purchased. If the product is defective, you must email info@tmrpromotions.com, with the order number and a detailed explanation of the defect. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective products. All items sold “as-is” are considered final sale. We do not accommodate buyers that “change their mind” about an item. We do not accept items that have been abused or returned after the 7 day time period.
Q: Do you buy used equipment? A: Yes, we offer competitive compensation for your used cameras, equipment and electronics. We accept all types of functional and non-functional cameras (digital and film), lenses, camera accessories, binoculars, electronics such as CD and DVD players, walkie talkies etc.
