Not all shipping methods offer insurance and tracking numbers. Our shipping charges reflect professional packing materials and service, documentation preparation, insurance, when specified, plus postage.
Customs documentation will state the selling price and "used camera equipment." We will not claim your item as a gift or reduce the amount of the selling price; we are a corporation and subject to closer scrutiny along with the fines and penalties being greater. Inspection and Return Policy
We offer a 14 day inspection period from the time of receipt to test your equipment. If during this period it is determined the item is defective or not as described, you must contact us at TMRPromotions@aol.com and provide a detailed explanation. We try our hardest to “make it right” and upon receipt of your return, we will replace or refund, depending on inventory at the time. Items sold “as-is” are considered a final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been abused or returned after the 14 day time period.
In the event of damage during shipping, contact TMRPromotions immediately. Please retain the damaged item and all the shipping and packing materials until notified by TMRPromotions, UPS or USPS.
