International shipping times and tracking ability notice:

For the quickest and most reliable service, we recommend USPS Express Mail International, which provides tracking. If we offer additional services, items will be shipped via US Postal Service First Class International or one of the Priority mail services. Please note that while estimated delivery dates for these services are 5-10 days, our experience is that some packages may take up to 30 days due to customs and the international climate. These services are generally very reliable, but there is no tracking ability offered and has been proven to be slower. If you do decide to use one of these alternative postal services, please do not contact us prior to the five week shipping time.

Our shipping charges reflect professional packing materials and service, documentation preparation, and postage. We ship USPS, where in most countries, do not charge brokerage fees. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Customs documentation will state the selling price and "used camera equipment." We do not declare merchandise values below actual prices paid or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Please make your payment within 3 days following your purchase. Include your name, email address, street address, city, state, zip code and phone number with your payment correspondence. Non-payment within 7 days will be reported through the “unpaid item procedure.” After that you will receive a “strike” and negative feedback from TMRPromotions.

Make your payment through Paypal. You can use a credit card to pay if you don’t have a PayPal account. As a PayPal guest you can use your credit card, with guest checkout, up to 15 times. By signing up for a PayPal account, though, you have more options when you pay. We CANNOT accept bank transfers, direct credit cards payments, or personal checks. No exceptions.

Inspection and Return Policy

We offer a 14 day inspection periodfrom the time of receipt to test your equipment. If during this period it is determined the item is defective or not as described, contact us and provide a detailed explanation. We try our hardest to “make it right” and upon receipt of your return, we will replace or refund, depending on inventory at the time. Items sold “as-is” are considered a final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been abused or returned after the 14 day time period.

In the event of damage during shipping, contact TMRPromotions immediately. Please retain the damaged item and all the shipping and packing materials until notified by TMRPromotions, UPS or USPS.
